Cooper graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics and Finance with Distinction. He has a graduate diploma from the College of Law and is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. This dual qualification provides him with a strong foundation in both legal principles and financial analysis, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of complex commercial and corporate matters.
During his internship at Brander Smith McKnight in 2024, Cooper demonstrated exceptional capability and professionalism, which led to an offer of employment as a Law Graduate. He now works primarily across civil and commercial litigation and construction law.
Cooper is recognised for his strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to resolving legal challenges. Passionate about the law and committed to continuous learning, he brings dedication, insight and enthusiasm to every matter, making him a valued member of the team.
