Emil Lunasco

Emil holds a Juris Doctor from both the University of Sydney and Phillipines.  He also holds a Bachelor of Economics. He brings extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, as well as advising on compliance matters. Emil has played a key role in acquisition deals and has worked extensively with franchise networks across Australia and the Asia Pacific region, giving him the ability to navigate cross border transactions effectively and provide sound advice on franchises. He is also adept at resolving commercial disputes, ensuring favourable outcomes for his clients. With experience in both in house and private practice roles, Emil possesses a unique perspective from the client’s side, allowing him to provide practical and strategic advice.

Emil is admitted as a legal practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, he is also admitted to practice law in the Phillipines.
